After 12+ years working in public relations, marketing, and community-driven work, I’ve spent a lot of time behind the scenes aligning people, ideas, and opportunities, turning conversations into something tangible and moving things forward with intention.

And I kept seeing the same thing: incredible creatives and entertainers stretched thin trying to juggle it all.
